I have been a patient of Dr. Blair for 21 years. I have horrible back and neck degenerative problems. He has done 5 back, and 3 neck surgeries on me.
Dr. Blair has provided me 21 more years of a descent life. He's enabled me to have more time to help my family. He's stopped my pain when it's too much.
I have seen him over a long time. He really hasn't changed to me. He always treated me like a partner in my decisions for care. I never felt pressured to do a surgery, I was usually begging him to do the surgeries. I've seen him with his staff and other medical professionals in the area. I found out that a lot of medical professionals go to him for their care. I've seen how seriously professional he is around hospital staff. He had a radiologist that just retired who was so amazing. She was there since I started going. His nurse has been there since I started going. She is so amazing as well. She has worked with me so sincere and caring. They are an amazing team. Dr Blair himself has always been extremely friendly and positive, but he will give straight answers. I don't waist any time with him. I go in and he always shakes my hand. I say a brief description of an update, and he tells me what he can do. He's a very warm person. Always smiling. I can always sense his caring attitude, it practically glows from him. I have been so grateful for this team for being in my life. I have my family, and I have Dr. Blair's office. I pray I don't lose either. I go into surgery, and the nurses ask if I am nervous. With an anxiety disorder I should be climbing the walls, but I look at them and say absolutely not. Dr. Blair is too competent to let anything happen to me. I've actually seen him working with hospital staff, and he is very commanding ( in a good, strong way) with other staff. A little different than the casual office visit. I have observed there is a lot of respect for him in the community. But, he has always seemed very humble. He's just a really good surgeon. I've heard stories how he has done emergency surgery on some pretty bad accidents. I was amazed at how he could fix them. One I know is doing good and working. Unbelievable stories.
I completely recomend and trust Dr. Blair. I am so fortunate to have him as a doctor.
