After seeing a not so nice doctor in Idaho Falls who was openly rude to my wife and I, I decided to make the change to Dr Scott in Pocatello and give him a try. I couldn't be happier with the decision. Dr Scott is kind, understanding, and very knowledgeable. I happily drive 50 minutes each direction to see him. He also has a feature called mychart. My chart is wonderful because I can stay in touch with Dr Scott, throughout the day or throughout the week if I need to to ask him questions and he always responds. I suggest and recommend Dr Scott to everybody I know now. My PA in Idaho Falls is always asking for a good GI doc because we don't have any here in Idaho Falls or not very many at least. But I always tell her to recommend Dr scott. He is so kind and so knowledgeable and is just a fantastic doctor. I gave him five out of five stars if I could give him 10 out of five stars I would. My only concern is they will become so busy that he won't have time for all of this patients. And that some of us will be left in the cold. But I really doubt that will happen. And if it does happen then I'll have to have a serious talk with him about patients load. Haha.

i suffered a lot from being a patient of Bingham memorials gastro group, being ignored to the point of almost dying in 2022. My prayers were answered when i finally got a referral to Brandon Scott who is with the Portneuf gastro group. He listens and takes it seriously. He has the best bedside manner and i am elated that he is helping me. I credit him and the Portneuf group with saving my life last year. it is so good to not be ignored and feel that I am in competent hands. I can't say enough good things about this doctor

Let's start with the front office staff. I'm not sure enough could be said about how amazing they are. I actually asked it if was just the day or if they always were like that. Dr. Scott was very kind and caring. He listened to me which is an oddity in my Healthcare experience. It was my first appointment but I'm very happy with my care i have recurve so far. I travel almost 2 hours to the clinic so that right there should day allot about them. I'd highly recommend this clinic for GI care.

After trying to get an appt with a different medical group in IF, I gave up and looked for another doctor. I was impressed from my first conversation with the front office and my visit was pleasant and informative.
