Wade Harris, MD is board certified in Psychiatry and Neurology. Born and raised in Portage, Utah, Dr. Harris has followed an interesting path to become a neurologist. Completing his undergraduate degree at Brigham Young University, Dr. Harris became a Crisis Worker for one year. Later, he attained his master’s degree in social work, and spent three years as a psychotherapist before attending medical school at Texas A&M University. Wanting to offer even more to the patients he serves he completed his neurology residency, followed by a sleep medicine fellowship, at the University of New Mexico. Dr. Harris is board certified and has been practicing for twelve years. He considers the Intermountain Region home and loves outdoor activities such as trail running, hiking, biking and any racquet sport.
